About me! Kenneth Friend
Born in Vancouver, Canada (1966). I completed a two-year programme in Fine Arts in Vancouver, then studied history at the graduate level. I went to Freiburg, Germany with a scholarship in 1996 and have lived in Freiburg, Hamburg and Oldenburg in Holstein, Germany since 1996. I now live art every day as a visual artist, an art lover and a professional translator of art texts for museums, galleries and art book publishers. I develop my art continually through independent study and a regular, daily practice.
